Territory note: this is a non-exclusive territory-based partner agreement. It does not grant ownership of, or exclusive rights to, any region, city, geography, customer or market.

03 | Expectations & confidentiality

As a sales partner, you may be exposed to confidential information, trade secrets, upcoming plans and internal client use cases. You agree to treat confidential information respectfully and share it only with people who are authorised and need it for the approved engagement.

If you have any doubt about what may be shared, pause and ask your reporting in-charge at Mobiddiction.

I understand and accept the confidentiality responsibility described above.

You will purchase your own headset and any hardware needed for demonstrations.
PatientVR will provide training and a one-year free licence on that headset for your PatientVR demos.
Marketing expenses, including travel, are reimbursable only where pre-approved by Mobiddiction before the expense is incurred.
You will use current, approved product information and communicate pricing accurately.
The sales commission applies to revenue generated from your activities and is paid only after the client has remitted payment against our invoice.
The commission remains in place while the client is retained and has an active paying account using our services.
Any rate published in our communications must remain the same. No additional costs may be added without our knowledge and agreement.
